Last Couple Months...

Here is yet another slacking, rush picture update from the last couple months. At least its only after two this time instead of four...eh?

Everyone chipped in and bought my roommate Chelsea a puppy for her birthdayOK not really...David and I stole his roommates puppy for the night. It wasn't as fun as I thought it would be. It pooped on the floor within 10 mins of being there. It sure was the cutest little poop you've ever seen though.

We did however get her a cake and sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY...we figured it was cheaper and less messy.David's old roommate and my friend got married in January. They had a hot chocolate bar you could add your own flavorings, whipped cream, and just about anything else you could image.

"You've got a mustache. I mean, you've got milk on your mustache. Oh, I mean you've got a milk mustache." -Gob
David and I at one of the basketball games.

After the game, the concessions bring all the extra food from the rich people who sit on the floor to the cheerleaders. David just had to have the large trash bag full of popped corn.

He smelled like popped corn for a week.

David did some de-hairing from the drains.
...check out that turd sized clump of hair.
It smelled just like a turd too...

Over President's Day weekend David and I went to visit Graig and Nicole up in Idaho. These are some crazy big icicles coming off the roof at Nicole's elementary school.

Graig sports a beard every week now. Must be that Idaho hick coming out of him.
THANKS FOR A FUN VISIT GRAIG AND NICOLE!!!

David and I flew to Colorado to see his family about a month ago.
David drove me to Boulder to see my great friend Barbara.

Just about all of David's siblings came over for dinner the Saturday we were there. I told his Mom that I was concerned with how many people there would be and not knowing people's names for the dinner. She made name tags for everyone who came over.
Somehow David ended up with every ones name tag somewhere on him.

It was David's birthday on Tuesday so after he took two tests some of his friends came over to celebrate the old man's birthday.

I wrapped David's gifts and hid them around my place. It was very entertaining watching him try to find them all.

That's it...
oh yea
I graduate in 6 weeks!!!!

Valentines Day

Ok, ok I know what you are thinking...

"Valentines Day was over a month ago!"

So what, better late than never right?

So the Friday of Valentines Day weekend David had to take a test late at night and I had tickets to go with Abby and some of her friends to the Young Ambassadors show(great show!) David asked to stay at my place to study while we were gone...his place smells like dog pee, but that is another story. Not thinking anything of it, I said sure, but you have to get an A or don't come home(just kidding I didn't say that).
After the show Abby and I walk in the front door to find David just hanging out at our place. He said his test went well and he had just gotten back. We talked a while upstairs and turned on the opening ceremonies of the Olympics(yes it was that long ago). After a while I went downstairs and found a red heart cut out from construction paper on the floor outside the door to my room. It read...

"Happy Valentines Day!
If you're lucky there is a present hidden in here."

Attached to the card were ear plugs and a needle.

I opened my door to find this... My room was filled with balloons!
I'm thinking he wanted to fill my room with balloons to disguise the mess that I have been accumulating all semester.

Luckily I didn't have to pop all the balloons at that moment to find my gift. David melted down the leftover silver from the quarter ring he made me for Christmas into a pendant to make a necklace. Very very clever David.
Over 200 balloons were popped the next day-the earplugs and needle went into good use.
