new camera...

For graduation I treated myself to a new Canon EOS Rebel XSi camera. pic
TADA!!!!

I've always loved photography, but never had the time to really get into it. I figured with ALL my free time and my title as

"COLLEGE GRADUATE"

I'd finally buy a nice camera and take some nice pictures. It just sounded...well...nice.

here are some of my first examples:^personal favorite

more to come soon...

spoiler alert

Graduated and nothing to do...

With no formal job lined up after graduation...I decided to have a little fun.
cousin Adam got married...
went to "Music and the Spoken Word" with family...
ventured up to ID to spend time with Graig and Nicole in their abode...
attended Society Club for a intellectual discussion and light dancing...

took Janelle, and begging David, to Pirate Island...

Janelle squeezing off her smile with Captain Jack Sparrow
saw Lesile receive her Masters in Education David took me climbing for the first time in St. George
I was a very mature learner and made it back to Provo just in time for this...
best FHE lesson ever!!!

End of the Semester...

Winter was a great senior semester. I was in a snowboarding class so I got to go up to Sundance every week for "class". That was a big hit for me. My classes were very interesting. I am glad that I chose my major, I ended up really enjoying my classes. I mean, who doesn't love learning all the nerves, ligaments, and muscles of a cadaver (sometimes half dissected too!).

Since I was getting very senioritis-y, I...

went to David's super exciting end-of-the-year "Spirit Squad" banquet
It was at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building on Temple Square though and had a great view of the temple right outside the windows...

To celebrate graduation, my freshmen summer roomies got together and had a bonvoyage dinner. Kelsy and I were graduating, Abby was leaving for Jerusalem, and Alison and Mark were staying in Provo(quite the vacation for the marrieds).

We had some fun, I did Abby's hair... special roommate moment captured

...with Alison's super tiny straightener

Kelsy fabulous as usual

Alison and her coveted rooster window treatments

Bored...me too.

All the good stuff is coming up.

Gradumication...

I graduated!!!!
this picture really disgusts me...when did I put on twenty pounds in the face?
Thanks BYU for allowing me to spend four years of time, energy, and money (that's for you Mom and Dad).
I can't believe it has been four years since I've been in college. It went by too fast.
What's next you may ask...
Well, I'm planning on meeting a big celebrity(the next older Justin Bieber), living in Paris and shopping for the rest of my life.
just kidding
I'm waiting to hear back from nursing schools to spend MORE time in school.
doesn't that sound like a dream come true for a newely college grad?
