So I've been in evergreen/everwett Washington for about four weeks...what an adventure it has been for sure.

maybe I'll tell you ALL about it later...

My personal opinion...

BOO
Don't get me wrong it's a great movie with a great story, but if you've read the book you won't appreciate the movie. Like Hollywood does, they twisted the original story...NO GOOD!! I miss Julia, the rebellious brother, the dysfunctional family, the fires...it just wasn't there.

So if you did see the movie and haven't read the book...

DO IT!!!!!

Havasupai Trip...

Havasupai was so much fun. I left with three guys from my ward on Wednesday night and got back Monday night. We joined up with a group of people from Wyoming, Vegas, Idaho, and some from our ward. We did some jumping off "jumping prohibited" waterfalls, hiked down to the Colorado River, wandered through caves, went to church in our hiking clothes, and made the 10 mile hike in and out before dawn.

I recommend the trip to EVERYONE!!!

The place is beautiful...

and it's nice to not shower/use port-a-potties/not wear makeup/eat camp food for a couple days

Spring 2 Summer...

A lot has happened in the last couple weeks...

I want to ride my bicycle...

So... I've been dying to get a bike ever since last year

(maybe not DYING or else I would have gotten one a LONG time ago)

(actually I went to Wal Mart and saw all the little boys and girls getting new bikes with streamers and training wheels, I wanted to fulfill my inner child summer dreams and get myself one)

but I FINALLY got one this weekend.

So today after my Public Speaking final I decided to take a little ride down to Utah Lake. I was having a good ol' time cruisin' along the Provo River. The trees were green, the river was rushing, it was just serene. I went to ride down a bridge and got SOAKED!!! The river flooded into the bike path and was about a foot deep. I rode out of the puddle drenched from the waist down just laughing out loud! My shoes were soaked the rest of the ride, but it was all fun!

Here's to many more adventures...
